    I love when Boston is dead. People are less grouchy and the streets are way less busy. Most importantly, it's pretty easy for a foodie like me to make last minute reservations on a Saturday night like this.
    波士顿寂静下来的时候还是很可爱的。人们脾气小很多,街道也没那么忙碌不堪。但最重要的还是,对我这种吃货来说,临时定餐厅吃饭容易很多,比如像现在这样的周六晚间。

    I just got back from this restaurant called Townsman. It's a contemporary American restaurant and it's honestly a hidden gem. The picture above is the asparagus. I like how it was dressed with kimchi vinaigrette... seemed pretty creative to me.
    刚从这家叫Townsman的餐厅回来。这是一家属于现代美式风格的餐厅,算得上是隐藏的宝藏。图片是他家的芦笋。我喜欢厨师用韩式泡菜做了一个醋油混合酱作为调味酱,对我来说还挺有创意的。

    Another pleasant surprise was this dish called "pickles and dip". The "dip" is actually hummus, and the "pickles" are carrots, cauliflowers, jalapeños, cucumbers and more. The dish was very refreshing.
    另一个愉快的惊喜就是这道叫“泡菜与蘸酱”的菜。蘸酱就是鹰嘴豆泥,泡菜呢就是胡萝卜,菜花,辣椒(墨西哥那种绿色的),黄瓜,还有其他乱七八糟的。整道菜很清爽。

    This is the hanger steak. I would describe this dish as mediocre. I asked for medium rare, but the texture was more like well done. I've definitely had better ones before. ☹️
    这个是牛排(我不知道hanger steak中文是什么,就是靠近腿部的一个部位)。这道菜我觉得蛮普通的。我要的是… 额… 4分熟(medium不是五分熟吗而且是不是说牛排没有复数形容那你怎么形容medium rare啊… 哎… )但吃起来很像全熟。我以前肯定有吃过更好的。
